This Privacy Policy explains how Prompt Applications Lab ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses personal data through our website and, in future, our apps. Prompt Applications Lab is a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in Almere, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KvK 42096035). We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Prompt Applications Lab, Almere, the Netherlands. For any privacy question or request, contact info@promptapplicationslab.com.

What we collect and why

Waitlist sign-ups. If you join our email waitlist, we collect your email address so we can send you updates about our apps. This is based on your consent, which you give when you submit the form and confirm your subscription. Waitlist emails are processed by our email provider, MailerLite, on our behalf.

Messages you send us. If you email us, we process the contact details and content of your message to respond to you.

Basic website data. Our website is served through Cloudflare, which may process limited technical data (such as IP address) to deliver the site securely and reliably.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate (for example MailerLite for email and Cloudflare for hosting), who process it on our instructions.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@promptapplicationslab.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our products develop. We will update the date at the top when we do.
